Welcome to KeyShot Imaging. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
KeyShot Imaging offers professional real estate photography services including, but not limited to:
- Interior and exterior still images
- Aerial drone photography
- 2D floor plans
- Image editing and retouching
All services are provided at the discretion of KeyShot Imaging and are subject to availability.
2. Booking and Payment
- All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- Payment is due upon delivery of final images unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or PayPal.
- Travel fees may apply for properties located outside of our standard service area.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.
- In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest convenience.
4. Image Rights and Licensing
- All images remain the property of KeyShot Imaging unless a full copyright buyout is agreed upon in writing.
- Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for the marketing and sale of the specific property photographed.
- Images may not be sold, reused for other listings, or transferred to third parties without written permission.
5. Image Delivery
- Final images will be delivered within [1–2 business days] via online gallery or download link.
- Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing all files upon delivery and reporting any issues within 48 hours.
6. Property Preparation
It is the responsibility of the property owner or agent to ensure the space is photo-ready at the scheduled time.
- Photographers will not clean, move furniture, or stage the property.
- Any additional time required due to unprepared spaces may incur extra charges.
7. Drone/Aerial Photography
- Aerial services are subject to FAA regulations, airspace restrictions, and weather conditions.
- KeyShot Imaging reserves the right to cancel or modify drone services based on safety or legal requirements.
8. Liability
KeyShot Imaging is not liable for any damage to property during the shoot, nor for any losses resulting from the use of our images.
We take all reasonable care and professionalism in our services, but final responsibility rests with the client to verify the accuracy and appropriateness of all marketing materials.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking or delivery process will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
10. Amendments
KeyShot Imaging reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.
